Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Scope

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK will not be processed.

2. Delivery Method

All books are shipped via Royal Mail. The specific Royal Mail service used may vary depending on the delivery location and volume of orders.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, orders are expected to be delivered within 21 days. Most orders are delivered well within this timeframe, though occasional delays may occur due to postal disruptions or peak periods.

Note: The 21-day delivery period begins from the date of order confirmation and includes processing and shipping time.

5. Delivery Charges

Shipping is subject to the shipping fee specified at checkout. Any promotional free shipping offers apply only when stated and under the conditions provided.

6. Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Undelivered or Lost Items

If your book arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

Confidential Online Coaching Agreement:

The adviser in this session is providing client with advice and guidance. This is not a counselling session, however your information is confidential and various types of advice, guidance and coaching techniques may be used during the session, depending on your goals or needs.

The advice given will be subject to Good Practice IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance), there may be Screening and Signposting, and appropriate referrals to local council services, governmental organisations and, or charitable organisations may be made with your permission.

The client's name, contact details, age and, or date of birth, may be required by the services providers contacted for referral. The coaching sessions will

otherwise not undertake to disclose your identity unless legally required.

The Length and duration of the session: The Session is a one off and for a 50-minute duration. The structure of the session is flexible. The coach and client

will sum up everything discussed 5 minutes before the end of session. The session will be held on the day and time scheduled either over the phone or online.

The contract may be extended to a further session or may even be open-ended if there is a specific need to continue. he session may be online via Zoom, or WhatsApp,

or by Face to Face, appointment. Please be on time for session, as we will not be able to over-run. You may also choose to end the session at any time.

Cancellations: The first session is non-refundable. Please give 72 hours' notice for any cancellation of follow-on session to receive a 24.00 refund.

Fees: 49.00 (2 x session special offer)

Professional qualifications and affiliations: The Adviser will practice n line with the Codes of Ethics and Practice of The British Psychological Society (BPS) and

The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Insurance: The advice given in this coaching session does not counselling and this session is at your own risk.

You Goal: Please state your goal, why you need to achieve it and the estimated time frame for completion.

Your agreement. All advise given in session will be summarised on a separate form and given to you
